Community Class
On the first Sunday of every month, we come together to move, breath, chat, laugh, and nourish our bellies & our souls.
Join me for 60 mins of Vinyasa, suitable for all levels, followed by some hot cacao, healthy homemade sweet treats, moon card musings & connection, and maybe even a dip in the Mahon Pool!
Stay for some or all of the above and spend the morning connecting back to yourself, to nature and to this beautiful new community we are building.

Starting 3rd August, community class will be held on the first Sunday of every month

We will have 60 mins of Vinyasa, followed by some time to enjoy a warm drink, tasty treats and chats.

Vinyasa Flow
Whether you are new to Yoga or enjoy a regular practice, this dynamic class is designed to build strength, flexibility and balance while fostering a deep connection to your body and breath. You will be encouraged to tune into your body's needs, embrace the present moment, and step into your power with each movement.
Expect a blend of strong poses, fluid transitions and slower, grounding stretches that leave you feeling both energized and deeply relaxed.

Join me this winter for a 6-week block of yoga classes where we’ll explore a collective theme or pose in depth. Each session will be guided by yogic philosophy and teachings to support both your physical and inner practice.
Week by week, we’ll build on what we learn—deepening our understanding of both asana (yoga poses) and philosophy—so you can truly feel your practice evolve and unfold over time.
Whether you’re a beginner or someone looking to recommit to your yoga journey and sadhana (self-practice), this 6-week block offers a space to show up for yourself. We’ll move through challenges and celebrate small victories together, in community.
To keep us warm and grounded this winter, herbal tea will be available before and after each class—because a little ritual goes a long way.
