In working 1:1 with me you will gain a deeper understanding of your own body, mind and digestive system, learning how to make small adjustments or additions to your daily life to optimise your health and wellbeing. I offer a 4 week and a 12 week programme, influenced by Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama, these programmes empower you to step into alignment with your body and mind and embrace your true power.
