Hi, I’m Gee!

I was first drawn to yoga as a physical practice, a chance to challenge both my mind and body, to show dedication and prove that I really could do anything I put my mind to. It’s fair to say that I fell in love with yoga and continued to show up day in and day out.

As I continued down the yogic path, my practice became so much more than creating shapes with my body, it became about creating balance. Balance between the masculine and feminine, body and mind, strength and flexibility, introversion and extroversion, play and calm. Through finding balance on the mat, I was able to take these lessons into daily life, cultivating resilience and moral values to live by.

In 2023 I completed my 200hs multi-style teacher training in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Ayurveda. In my classes you can expect fluid movement combined with moments of stillness, strength and playfulness to help balance our different elements.

I am extremely passionate about supporting people to step into their power, to shine bright and take up space. I believe that the way to do this is by honoring our own uniqueness and finding a balance “sama”. My classes always encourage listening to your body and finding a variation that serves and supports you!

I love to move together, build community, and cultivate a space where we can all find connection—both with ourselves and with each other. Through breath, movement, and mindfulness, we create a shared experience that nourishes not just the body, but the soul.
